Overall this hotel usually offers excellent value for money and is often cheaper than other 5 star properties in the city centre. The wonderful location and the excellent customer service make this hotel an ideal choice for a stay in Amsterdam whether in business or leisure.

the room immaculate ... the bed was amazing ... Extremely comfortable and big bed. ... Room 3099 was a little small... Our room had a view over the Square which was interesting but noisy at night.... fridge door was falling out, the airconditioner was not responding to set temperature changes... the suite was also excellent... We had a double room in this hotel which was absolutely fantastic... There were no dressing gowns ... the shower did not work ... the wardrobe doors fell off ... rooms a lower star rating than rest of hotel... room size bigger than most in amsterdam...
