The NH Grand Krasnapolsky Hotel is a traditional property with large red and white awnings on the façade, housed in three separate buildings. The large lobby is shared with the conference centres adjacent to the hotel and is attractively appointed in a traditional style with chandeliers, easy chairs, coffee tables and sofas. The 468 guestrooms vary in size from medium to large. They are modern in style with laminate floors and neutral décor. The hotel’s restaurant serves breakfast and dinner and is very grand and elegant, with a high glass ceiling and surrounding palm trees. There is also a Japanese restaurant and "Le Reflet" which is a gastronomic restaurant decorated in rich gold colours. Lastly, in a city known for its canals, the Grand Krasnopolsky has its own landing dock for boats, behind the hotel.
